A PRESENTATION OF THE CONTENT OF THE PROJECT:

The short-term, specific objective of the project is to implement an integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and a business intelligence (BI) system at the company. This includes the procurement and installation of the required hardware and software components. The goal is to increase efficiency and provide a solid foundation for the company's internal business and administrative processes, ensuring long-term transparency and opportunities for further development.

During the development, we plan to replace outdated hardware with modern, new IT equipment. Specifically, we aim to purchase a total of **6 laptops** and **4 professional large monitors**. These monitors will allow the simultaneous display of multiple SAP windows, facilitating work processes. Our facility operates in **three shifts**, meaning some equipment runs continuously throughout the day, making durability a key factor in selecting the device types. The equipment will be installed at the company’s **headquarters** and **site location**.

As previously outlined, in addition to a minor acquisition of equipment and hardware, we intend to implement 9 systems within our company. The listed systems refer to the following software:

  • SAP Business One professional user (for manufacturing): Provides easy access to all company information and delivers decision-related reports to the company's departments with a single click. This makes it a useful tool that effectively and transparently supports daily business activities, from sales and procurement to accounting
  • SAP Business One financial user (finance and controlling): Supports cost center accounting. Profit and investment center reports can be generated automatically by cost center, project, and controlling dimension.
  • SAP Business One logistics user (sales, procurement, and inventory management): The module supports the sales process from pricing to invoicing. In the procurement module, transactions and relationships with suppliers take place, from order to invoicing.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server license
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cal license: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a strategy that places the needs of customers at the core of the organization's operations, thereby improving profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • S-Work (workflow management): S-Work supports the creation of roles. Users can create different permission groups and then assign these groups to websites.
  • S-DOC (document management): Registration, filing, mailing.
  • S-Group (knowledge management): S-Group is a collaborative solution that enables the coordination of work across different areas.
