Detailed description of the project content: The aim of the project is to further develop the existing production and organizational processes in order to increase efficiency and quality. Through the implementation of the project, Komplex Média Kft. will strengthen its long-term competitiveness, improve its production efficiency, and create a modern operational environment that simultaneously serves the high-level needs of its clients and provides a more predictable and comfortable working environment for its employees.
