A PRESENTATION OF THE CONTENT OF THE PROJECT:

A Komplex Média Kft. az Európai Regionális Fejlesztési Alap és a hazai központi költségvetés együttes finanszírozásában kiírt GINOP Plusz-1.2.1-21 kódszámú, „A mikro-, kis- és középvállalkozások modern üzleti és termelési kihívásokhoz való alkalmazkodását segítő fejlesztések támogatása” című felhívásra sikeresen pályázott, amin 298 200 000,- Ft összköltségvetés mellett 208 740 000,- Ft feltételesen visszatérítendő támogatásban részesült.

Within the framework of the project, we aim to implement the mandatory and optional activities described below. Acquisition of New Equipment for Technological Improvement Under the activity titled “Acquisition of new equipment leading to technological improvement”, we plan to purchase one MPS EFA-430/8 Colour flexographic printing machine. Our main activity is 1812 Printing, excluding newspapers, which generates the majority of our revenue. Currently, we operate:

  • 1 GIDUE COMBAT 530 Flexographic Printing Machine, which is used for high-volume production.
  • 1 DURST TAU 330 RSC 5c Inkjet Machine, which is cost-effective for low-volume product printing.
In our current development plan, we aim to acquire one new MPS EFA-430/8 Colour flexographic printing machine, which meets the modern requirements of the printing industry. This MPS machine is highly automated and fully compliant with 21st-century standards. The MPS press operates at higher speeds than our existing equipment, with lower setup costs (both material and time) and a high degree of automation, making it our primary production machine. These key features make production more cost-effective, ultimately improving the profitability of our business. The MPS machine also offers significant environmental benefits. In addition to UV inks, it supports the use of water-based inks and varnishes, and it has lower energy consumption. Due to its technical capabilities, the machine is also suitable for manufacturing plastic-free packaging materials. Consulting Services Under the activity titled “Consulting”, we plan to utilize 50 hours of consulting services to improve and optimize the organizational structure and processes of our company. We expect the external consultant to identify issues within various processes during the consultation period. These observations will provide insights for implementing necessary improvements and optimizations. Soft Skills Training As part of the activity titled “Soft Skills Training”, we aim to improve leadership skills through a 20-hour training program for 8 individuals. This training will provide an opportunity to develop the leadership capabilities of personnel responsible for various operational areas. These activities collectively aim to enhance technological capabilities, organizational efficiency, and leadership effectiveness, ensuring the long-term success and sustainability of our company.
