A PRESENTATION OF THE CONTENT OF THE PROJECT:

Komplex Média Ltd. has successfully applied for the GINOP-1.2.14-20 call for proposals "Supporting the development of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the Fashion and Design industry to adapt to modern business and production challenges", jointly financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the national central budget, and received a total budget of HUF 214 000 000,- and a conditional reimbursable grant of HUF 149 800 000,-.

In recent years, we have been continuously striving to achieve a higher degree of automation and digitalisation, i.e. the application of Industry 4.0 technologies. With the present development, we are continuing this trend and integrating it into our existing system. We intend to link this development to the existing enterprise and process management system and workflow management. This integration will allow for a minimum of human "intervention" from customer enquiries, orders and payments to production. The process management was designed to accommodate new tools that would be acquired in the future, and the following tools were defined along this concept.

- Calender (textile industrial heat setting)

- Laser cutter (textile industrial laser cutting)

- CRON laser die maker

- GEW UV curing system

Komplex Média Ltd. has extended its activities with digital textile printing, the entire workflow of this digital textile printing activity is carried out with the heat setting equipment (calender) to be purchased from this tender, which ensures the durability and washability of the prints. This technology allows the production of individual textile designs and small series. The textile laser cutting machine to be purchased will even allow the flexible and economical production of individual pieces and collections.

This development not only helps the work of Komplex Média Kft., but as a service it can also provide a significant competitive advantage and a border base for fashion and design industry enterprises, both in the field of prototype production and in the field of ready-to-wear production.

The CRON digital laser printing mould maker is an environmentally friendly, water-based, chemical-free technology. We intend to apply it in the field of flexible packaging development and production. The use of this technology will result in a high quality improvement in the finished product. Overall, this will result in significant time and cost savings.

With the acquisition of GEW UV lamps, we aim to improve our flexible packaging development and manufacturing capacity. Modern food safety regulations require the use of low migration technologies and low germ count. We aim to meet these requirements by complementing our existing technology.

In addition to the purchase of equipment, information technology development is also a prominent part of our project, where we are installing hardware devices for digital printing alongside the machines to be installed. The additional hardware will provide the basis for our design activities. These support the efficient, state-of-the-art work of our product developers, graphic designers and our digital and production production staff.

-The planned project will be implemented with the help of our existing staff, who have many years of professional experience and a high level of professional qualifications The salary costs of our colleagues will be calculated in proportion to the time spent on the project, training and consultancy

- Marketing activities and advice related to market access.

- The extension of the property owned by Komplex Média Ltd. will be 153.5 m2. The expansion will require the installation of new machinery and technologies. The necessary plans and official permits for the expansion are available.
