A PRESENTATION OF THE CONTENT OF THE PROJECT:
The digital revolution in the packaging industry has brought a host of new tools and methods to the printing workflow. The digital revolution has also brought structural changes to the packaging industry. Preparation and printing workflows, which used to be physically located in the same place, were separated, tasks were specialised and open-system working developed. Today, prepress studios work with a large number of packaging manufacturers - and manufacturers work with a large number of studios - so it is essential to know each other's specifications, equipment, processes, technologies, material properties (paper, ink, etc.) in the daily workflow to ensure that the prepress is done according to that specific system.
This is the reason for the purchase of graphic and pre-production tools such as colour management and hardware.
And the Canon professional camera has a role to play in graphics, packaging and promotion.
Communicating with ICC-based colour profiles, defining the colour characteristics of devices using these colour profiles is a very modern method of today's packaging manufacturing industry workflows, which has a very short history internationally. However, standards and device manufacturers have, after much research, found a common platform for the colour localisation of printing reproductions and the clear definition of brand colours based on objective characteristics of the devices.
After pre-production and graphic design, the right printing press can be used to produce prints of the right quality and location. Our company currently has a Gidue Combat 530 C printing machine.
The printing roller set listed in the costs allows you to produce labels of different sizes (length, width). The ink application (anilox) set is used to apply the colours to labels and prints. The final stage is cutting the prints to size and shape. These cut-out forms are then placed on the magnet roller set.
The entire production process described above is covered by the equipment to be purchased. They allow us to increase the quality of the preparation of the production and the speed of the production, thus increasing our production capacity.
